Product Designer (UX/UI)

Role mission

You will shape product behavior from discovery to handoff, ensuring every release improves clarity, speed, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with clients and convert findings into prioritized product decisions.
• Create high-signal interaction prototypes and implementation-ready design specs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems used across multiple products.
• Partner with engineering to validate shipped UX and iterate based on real usage.

Core requirements

• Proven experience designing production web applications, not only marketing pages.
• Strong Figma skills with component systems and interaction prototyping.
• Ability to explain design decisions in business and technical language.
• Working knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.

Bonus skills

• Experience designing analytics dashboards or internal tools.
• Exposure to accessibility standards and inclusive design patterns.
• Past collaboration in fast-paced agency or product studio teams.
